Delete your Injivo account

In the app

1. Open Injivo and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (from the Home tab).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, together with your medications, dose logs, supplements, health entries, workouts, community profile, posts, comments, messages and orders.

Without the app

Email support@injivo.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email once it's done.

What we may keep

Payment records held by our payment processor (Stripe) are kept as the law requires for accounting. Moderation decisions about content you posted may be kept, without the content itself, to protect other members.
