Does Injivo tell me how much to take?
No. Injivo works only with the dose and vial details you or your prescriber enter. It shows the syringe line for those numbers, flags values that look unusual, and keeps your history. It never recommends or changes a dose. Questions about your treatment belong with your prescriber.
Who can see my health records?
Only you. Medications, doses, logs, workouts and health entries are private unless you choose to share something, and you see exactly what will be shared before it goes out. See the privacy policy.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link.
Something went wrong with an order
Open the order in the Shop tab and message the seller there. If it isn't resolved, email us with your order number (it starts with INJ).
I want to report a post or a member
Use the Report button on the post, comment, message or profile. Our moderators review every report.
