Privacy policy
Draft, last updated October 7, 2026. This plain-language version describes how Injivo works today; a final version reviewed by counsel will replace it before public launch.
The short version
- Your health records are private by default. Nobody else sees them unless you choose to share something, and you preview it first.
- We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.
- You can delete your account and its records at any time.
What we collect
- Account: your email, display name and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
- What you enter: medications, doses, vial details, schedules, dose logs, supplements, health entries (weight, water, meals, notes) and workouts.
- Community: your profile, username, photo, posts, comments, reactions, follows, group memberships and messages.
- Orders: what you buy, your shipping name and address, and order messages with sellers. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Photos: when you add a profile or post photo, we re-encode it on our server, which removes hidden data such as location.
- Crash reports: if the app crashes we receive the error, the screen and a random account ID. We strip anything that could contain health information before it is sent.
Who can see what
- You: everything you entered.
- Other members: only your community profile and what you post or share, according to your privacy settings. Health records never appear unless you pick them into a share.
- Sellers: for an order you have paid for, the items, your shipping name and address, and the order chat. Never your health records.
- Our moderators: posts, comments and messages that were held by our safety check or reported by a member, so they can review them. They do not see your health records.
Services we use
Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Stripe (payments), Sentry (crash reports), an email delivery provider (sign-in and account emails) and our own servers for this website. They process data only to provide those services.
Your choices
- Change who can see your profile, followers, groups, what you take and your workouts in the app's Privacy settings.
- Delete any post, comment or log yourself.
- Delete your account in Settings, or by emailing us. See how to delete your account.

Injivo is for adults 18 and older.
